This Scripture offers a “one another” command concerning relationships with others: what we hear is to encourage one another, be devoted to one another, honor one another, live in harmony with one another, accept one another, instruct one another, serve one another, forgive one another…“Love one another” is at the core of them all.
Our ministry includes building strong long-term relationships with people showing them the Love of God through our personal testimonies and walking with them in their daily lives; giving them the knowledge of Jesus Christ through Bible Studies, mentoring, church gatherings and more.
One Another Missions, Inc. is a non-profit 501c3, Christian organization whose mission is to fulfill the Great Commission and Great Commandment, to Equip, Enhance, and Develop communities utilizing a relational wholistic approach.
One Another Missions is serving in Rio Frio, Costa Rica a Dole Banana plantation community. The Missions house and Church where Ted and Gracie live and host missions teams and all meetings is located in Finca2 the third largest of 34 communities in Rio Frio.
Today, Rio Frio families are facing a bona fide crisis economically, emotionally, and spiritually. To fulfill our mission, we invest in the whole person spiritually, mentally and physically, through small group meetings, counseling sessions, weekly church meetings. We invest in schools with moral and value lessons. We invest in the community through projects and education. In the future, two goals are to run-up a church led by local leaders who are trained and focused on meeting the needs of the community and to incorporate new long-term missionaries who come to learn and grow the mission with us.
In May 2017 we dedicated the Missions Buildings which included a two-story open-air Church facility. Pastor Ted was ordained and we started the Iglesia Gran Comision Rio Frio Church (Great Commission Church Rio Frio).
In 2009, we started the first small group with a Kids Klub in Rio Frio Finca 2, that met under an almond tree. Since then, we have grown to include Kids Klub, Youth, Men and Women’s Ministries, and Service groups that meet weekly.
Our Mission is one of building and growing relationships and discipling. We want everyone to come to know our Lord and Savior and have a Personal Relationship with Him and to grow in that relationship in order to be Lights in their community. By being living examples of the Love of Christ to others and speaking the Word of God the truth we hope the people will see Jesus in a real and active way. As we say, “We Christians might be the only Bible that others see.”
We welcome teams anytime of the year. We have had teams for service projects that constructed houses and build sidewalks. We have also had teams serve by doing value lessons in the Elementary and High schools, Vacation Bible School and Sports Camp.

Since 2009, we have helped many schools in Rio Frio and surrounding towns with their English Festivals and Spelling Bee’s. We not only serve as judges, but we help the students practice their English.

Please be in prayer for us as we continue to serve the people that God puts before us, to show the Love of Jesus and Boldly speak God’s Word.
As we contemplate what God has for us next, we are secure that He has it all under control. We do ask that you pray that He send us more hands and feet to come serve with us. We have so much to do and it would be wonderful to have other long-term missionaries to come serve alongside us in this beautiful Banana Plantation community of Rio Frio we call home.
